Personalized Classes
Whether you are a first-time parent or looking to refresh your skills, there is something for everyone here. Our prenatal and parenting classes cover a range of topics, including newborn care, bonding, safe sleep practices, feeding techniques, stress management, budgeting, and more.
These lessons will help you feel prepared and confident to take on these next stages.
We also offer Spanish-speaking classes on a variety of topics to support our clients. Additionally, two bilingual client advocates are available to address your specific questions and concerns.
Sexual Health Education
ABC’s sexual risk avoidance education provides age-appropriate, research-based education to help you build healthy boundaries, understand consent and relationships, and reduce health risks. We will help you set goals that keep you safe and informed.
Community Referrals
Your client advocate can connect you to local resources for healthcare, counseling, housing, childcare, job training, and other essential services.
Material Aid
As you engage in classes, you can earn credits that allow you to purchase various items in our boutique. These items can include diapers, wipes, formula, clothing, hygiene items, and more.
If you need additional resources, we’ll work with community partners to locate what you need.
We’re Here to Support You
Your client advocate will meet with you regularly to track progress, celebrate milestones, and provide long-term support. Bring your partner if you’d like; our Fatherhood coordinator can connect him with mentoring and group support for men, so you both feel seen and equipped.
